After giving us a guided tour of several models on their yard, we spent nearly three hours looking at and sitting in the one caravan and never felt rushed. It was so perfect. We fell in love with the Ember 25RUD right from the outset. There were so many additional features packed into the one deal. As soon as we got into the car to drive home we agreed that this was the one. Spontaneity isn’t normally our thing - but when you know, you know. Nick and Karen are genuinely nice people and honest to the core. They bent over backwards to accommodate our many questions, upgrade requests, and visits prior to us taking possession. Their 20+ years of caravan sales experience really shows, and the way they treated us was exceptional. They literally went the extra mile. Knowing we were first time caravan-haulers & owners, Nick accompanied us and gave helpful suggestions while we drove to our first campsite. He then stayed a while to make sure we set up correctly, giving us valuable pointers at the same time. Karen followed in their vehicle to take Nick back home. What a team! As first time caravaners we really appreciated their exceptional level of service.
